Giving audiences something a little bit different to think about during this holiday season, Suffolk University's Modern Theatre performs Erik Ehn's The Saint Plays. It's a program of six short plays that reimagine the lives of saints in contemporary settings: a mobile home in Albuquerque, a housing project in Lower Manhattan, a country torn apart by civil war, a classroom at a Santa Clara university. Like modern day fairy tales, these stories are told at the intersections between life and death and hope and suffering.
