The Modern is a 185-seat theatre contained in Boston’s theatre district. CBT Architects of Boston, along with Preservation Technology Associates, Inc. and Martin Vinik Planning for the Arts LLC, worked with Suffolk University and its theatre department to create a jewel-box of a facility that incorporates the original facade and state-of-the-art technology.
