539 Tremont Street Boston

As this show's director Myriam Cyr has so eloquently stated: "From the beginning, art has given mankind entrance to worlds that religion often appropriates and science struggles to understand. Simon Says offers a glimpse at the intersection of these worlds." This thought-provoking show centers on Professor Williston, who has spent the past decade studying a young psychic named James, who's capable of channeling an all-knowing being by the name of Simon. The ultimate goal: to scientifically prove the existence of a soul after death. And when a recent widow comes for a reading, 2000-year-old events will climax in reunion, redemption and resolution. This Boston Center for the Arts production of Simon Says aims to inspire thoughtful contemplation and conversation about life, death, fate and free will.
