Holiday Pops

Holiday Pops

Boston Symphony Hall
301 Massachusetts Avenue Boston

Holiday Pops has become a much-loved Boston Yule time tradition. For a few short weeks, historic Symphony Hall becomes a feast for the eyes and ears as conductor Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops perform beloved holiday music with a special guest appearance from Santa Claus. This year's program is highlighted by the songs that define this magical season, such as "White Christmas," the Boston Pops' signature "Sleigh Ride," the inspiring Hallelujah Chorus from Handel's "Messiah," and a popular rendition of "The Twelve Days of Christmas" featuring the majestic voices of the Tanglewood Festival Chorus. The Boston Pops will also perform "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" with narration, and each night's performance of "A Visit from St. Nicholas" will feature different guest narrators and projections from Jan Brett's timeless children's book above the stage. For more than 30 years, millions of New Englanders and visitors to Boston have experienced the wonder of the Holiday Pops concert.
