Dhalgren Sunrise at Chelsea Theatre Works

Samuel R. Delaney's acclaimed science fiction novel Dhalgren was once called "a riddle that was never meant to be solved" by fellow writer William Gibson. Now, the Fort Point Theater Channel brings this enigmatic story to the stage at Chelsea Theatre Works in Dhalgren Sunrise, a multimedia performance that blends music, improvisation and audience interaction. Adapter-director-actor-musician Mitchel Ahern is set to perform on an instrument he invented, created from the farm implement known as a harrow.
