Badass at Boston Playwrights' Theatre

The Sleeping Weazel theatre company celebrates Women's History Month with this evening of original one-acts written and produced by three emerging female playwrights. Appropriately titled Badass, the program of short plays includes The Tempest (or Bark's Dream), a "storm in one act" by Kate Snodgrass, Magdalena Gómez's Shameless to the Bone! and Jazz 'n Class, a performance meditation written and performed by Robbie McCauley. Presented at Boston Playwrights' Theatre, it's a great way to support local Boston talent and experience three new works from up-and-coming female playwrights.
