When Aine returns to her native Ireland to introduce her American fiance to her family, she finds her younger sister pregnant, her mother still controlling, and her father suffering with a failing heart. During the visit Aine comes to terms with how her absence has affected her family, and revisits old wounds. This play about guilt, mercy and the power of love is a Boston University New Play Initiative production, written by Mary Conroy and produced by Boston Playwrights' Theatre and the Boston University College of Fine Arts School of Theatre.
