Mud Blue Sky

Mud Blue Sky

Boston Center for the Arts
539 Tremont Street Boston

Written with a wicked wit and a keen sense of compassion, Mud Blue Sky follows a late-night conversation between three middle-aged flight attendants and a teenaged pot dealer who's just left his hot date at the prom. They all come together for one unforgettable night in a nondescript hotel room near O'Hare Airport. Work, motherhood, prom night and the persistent power of kindness are all illuminated in this touching comedy from playwright and screenwriter Marisa Wegrzyn (The Mentalist). As wise and sincere as it is hilarious, the Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts production of Mud Blue Sky is helmed by Bridget Kathleen O'Leary and features a trio of Boston's finest actresses -- Leigh Barrett, Adrianne Krstansky and Deb Martin.
